me introduce myself.
My name
is Mirjam Wieringa and I live with my boyfriend Jan and our
son Lorenzo in Hoorn.
We have a nice house with a very big garden.
All of the garden is covered by a net, so our cats can go
outside anytime they want to.
This way we give our cats all the space they could need.
Our love of cats is something we were born with.
We've always had regular cats around us.
Until we moved to the Ketellapper about four years ago and
I looked into my neighbours garden.
I saw the most beautiful and large cats, and was so impressed
that I wanted to know more.
We went for a cup of coffee and soon lost our hearts to the
Maine Coon.
It was clear that we were sold and one thing led to another.
We got our first Maine Coon.
The health of our cats comes first and foremost.
We love having kittens in our house, but only once in a while.
We breed according to the quidelines of Saint Pro.
Our cats are tested on Fiv, Felv, PKD, HCM and Patella Luxatie.
The kittens are vaccinated, treated against fleas and worms
and don't leave our home without a pedigree.
The go to their new owner when they reach the age of 13 weeks
and are in good health.
They are raised in our home and are part of our family.
They receive plenty of love and attention.
We make sure that they are well socialised and trained when
they go to their new owner.
